This is a Wedgwood, England vintage cup and saucer in blue jasperware and made in 1959. Called Sacrifice Figures, this teacup and saucer feature the figures for which the pattern is named, but also a group of Putti or cherubs seen featured on the saucer. The inside of the teacup is glazed for easy cleaning and use. This pattern set is seen offered elsewhere online in this condition for upwards of $80.00, so get the look here for less and elevate your tea time experience or use for display. It is in excellent used vintage condition, with no chips, scratches, or cracks.
The cup is 2.25 inches high by 3.25 in diameter and the saucer is 5.5 inches in diameter.
