10.5 Inch Brass Shell Shallow Display Bowl

A heavy brass shallow display bowl with charming scroll details and scalloped edges. It is a great size for a catch all dish and would be the perfect statement piece in a coffee table vignette, it could even contain your remote controls. It would also work as a good dish on an entry table for mail and other loose ends coming out of your pocket as you come in the door. This piece has not been polished, it retains the original patina. Leave as is to enjoy the patina, or polish for a more bright brassy look. Please expect that even after polishing, some of the imperfections photographed may remain such as tarnish, small spots, and light scratches; all of which are consistent with the vintage and secondhand nature of the piece.
