Thank you for your interest in becoming a stockist of Heywood Home Company’s studio creations. As a small business with limited capacity, we are currently servicing small to medium sized wholesale accounts with a brick and mortar retail space. If you are a large account, please reach out to register your future interest. At this time, drop shipping, private labeling, and white labeling are not available with Heywood Home Company products.

For Wholesale Reseller Inquiries, please download and complete the Vendor Application Form below and email it alongside a copy of your State Sales Tax ID Certificate and/or EIN to [email protected] for your application to be considered complete.

If your application meets approval criteria, you will be emailed access to a Google Drive with a line sheet, wholesale policies, and ordering forms and details. Wholesale ordering at Heywood Home Company is currently handled on a personal basis via email and Google Drive where you will submit your completed order forms and receive invoices and all other relevant account communication.

Please note that vendor applications and wholesale orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive written acknowledgement of your application or order within two business days.

Before You Apply…

Our products are offered at wholesale cost to retailers with a valid sales permit ID for the purpose of resale. At this time, HHC only wholesales to accounts with a brick and mortar retail shop; no other online-only retailers or web stores without a physical location. HHC may sell to online retailers on a case by case basis, however HHC goods are primarily only sold online at heywoodhome.co; HHC product is not allowed to be sold online by anyone else without express written permission and consent from Heywood Home Company. Currently, only our soap creations are available for wholesale with candles to be added at a future date.

Opening Orders Ship FREE* (in the 48 Contiguous United States) and Local Clients within a 20 Mile Radius of Marietta, GA get free in-person delivery on orders over $350 USD.

All Products Are Made to Order: Turnaround time is dependent on current order load.
Typical Order Fulfillment Time- Within 20 business days unless otherwise notified or if your order contains custom products. Rush Fulfillment is offered for product in our general lines and is available at an additional fee and granted as able to be met.

Please note when applying, we currently honor a policy that provides a buffer of five miles between stockists. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis or if an existing stockist is not meeting the requirements for zip code/proximity exclusivity.
