Pair of Gold Shell Bookends

This pair of heavy seashell bookends will knock you out with their beautiful details. From their intricate bases to the ridges of the shells, these pieces were made to impress from up close and at distance alike. While the backs of the bases are flattened to be pressed against books, I think that these pieces would look stunning on a mantle, on a desktop in your home office, or broken up from their pair and tucked away into different shelves of a bookcase. They are in perfect secondhand condition, showing no indication of their age (which is unknown) and have no chips, cracks, or scratches. The measure approximately 4.5″ wide and 8″ high.
