Set of Four Cameo Butter Pat Dishes

What’s better than a cameo? How about a cameo on a butter pat for a touch of neoclassical charm on your table! This is a beautiful set of hand painted, black glass butter pats. They would also be a great option for breaking up the set and giving one with a cute pair of dainty earrings or a ring for a bridesmaid’s gift or hostess gift. I love the classic cameo look and the gold and red color palette on top of the black glass. There are some inconsistencies consistent with the age and previous use of the dishes. One is definitely overpainted in a slightly different color and has a cloudier back than the other three, and there are a few spots of light scratching.
