Tobacco Leaf Pattern Paper Mache Ring Box

This beautiful vintage Kashmiri paper mache box is a handmade treasure in a classic tobacco leaf-style print. It is about the size of a ring box though there is no cushion insert. It could be used for display, jewelry, or for storing your own small collection. When found, there was a small collection of stamps from the 1970s and 80s, which have been left for the new owner. The box has beautiful coloring, though does appear to have some yellowing from age, as well as a small paint chip visible on the lid in the middle of the blossom; please see listing photos for details and other condition photos.

This piece is approximately 2  inches in diameter and is  1.5 inches high.
